StreamFuse Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing StreamFuse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. You also acknowledge that StreamFuse uses YouTube API Services and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamFuse.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide your accurate Date of Birth. Misrepresenting your age to bypass our safety filters (e.g., an adult posing as a minor) will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. StreamFuse reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

StreamFuse is a platform for professional collaboration. You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or send unwanted sexual advances to other users.
• Upload or display content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.
• Use the "Voice Mod" or "Vtuber" tags to deceptively impersonate others.
• Scrape or collect user data from the application automatically.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of your streaming content, clips, and profile data. You grant StreamFuse a license to display this content within the app to other users for discovery purposes.
• Our Content: The StreamFuse interface, logo, and code are the property of StreamFuse.

6. Disclaimers

StreamFuse is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that you will find a collaboration partner or that matches will result in successful streams. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user off-platform.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with YouTube and Twitch. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by these third-party platforms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
