StreamFuse ("we", "our", or "us") provides a discovery and collaboration platform for content creators. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have full control over your data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to facilitate creator matchmaking and profile management:
Account Information:
- Google Sign-In: Email address, Full Name, Profile Photo.
- YouTube Data: Channel ID, Subscriber count, View count, and public video uploads (Clips/Highlights) via the YouTube Data API.
- Twitch Data: Username, User ID, Follower count, Live status, and VOD/Clip history.
Demographic & Identity Data:
- Date of Birth: Required to calculate age for our safety matchmaking system (separating minors from adults). This specific date is stored securely and never displayed publicly.
- Region: We detect your approximate network region (e.g., "NA-East", "EU-West") to suggest collaborators in compatible time zones.
Creator Preferences:
- Setup Details: Camera usage (Cam/No Cam/Vtuber), Voice preferences (Natural/Voice Mod), and Content Style (Family Friendly/Mature).
- Schedule: Your streaming availability and time zone.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information strictly to provide the StreamFuse service:
- Matchmaking: To show your profile to other creators with compatible schedules, regions, and content styles.
- Identity Verification: To verify you own the connected YouTube or Twitch channels.
- Safety: To enforce age-gating, ensuring users under 18 only match with other minors, and adults match with adults.
- Profile Display: To display your latest stats (Followers/Subs) and recent clips on your "Creator Card" so potential collaborators can evaluate a partnership.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
- Other Users: Your public profile (Name, Stats, Bio, Clips, Schedule, Region) is visible to other users on the platform to facilitate collaboration requests.
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information, including Google user data, to third parties.
- Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google) for secure database storage and authentication.
5. Google User Data & Limited Use Policy
StreamFuse's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We only access the data necessary to verify your channel ownership and display public stats.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
6. Third-Party Embeds
Our app embeds video players from YouTube and Twitch.
- YouTube API: By using StreamFuse, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
- Twitch: Use of Twitch integration is subject to the Twitch Terms of Service.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
You have full control over your data:
- Delete Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data instantly via the app settings (Profile → Menu → Delete Account). This process wipes your data from our servers immediately.
- Revoke Access: You can revoke StreamFuse's access to your data at any time via the Google Security Settings.
